After working for several years in the software industry, the goal was to combine my love for music and experience in software development to create a unique product which will give all people with a love for music an exciting new way to enjoy their music.
The focus for MP3Toys is to create a software that unleashes the full power which lies in every personal music collection. Starting with an attractive interface, ease of use and a feature set which grows with the music collection and the user.
MP3Toys should also become a gateway which enables the user to discover new music easily and ideally bring her closer to her favorite artists.
The software is being developed with a certain vision for the future of music in mind. In that vision, music fans will have access to essentially all music ever recorded. Consequently, a powerful interface is required to give each person her/his own personal view of all this music according to their taste and to help people selecting music according to their current mood and to discover new music easily.
These services should also bring artists and music fans closer together. They will make it possible to match artists and music fans in a new way not possible before. This might eventually lead to a more diverse music culture where more artists are enjoyed by more people.
Music fans should also be able to get the in depth information about their favorite artists and up to date information relevant for them like concert dates at their hometown.
